History

Aero Engine Solutions was formed in August of 2015
by combining 40+ years of aviation expertise.

Our experience includes Aeronautical Engineering, Engine and Airframe Heavy Maintenance, Whole Asset Leasing, Aircraft Trading, Surplus Parts Distribution, Warehouse and Inventory Management, Portfolio Management, and Finance.

Our focus is the supply of commercial aircraft parts, components, and accessories through the sourcing and disassembly of whole aircraft. Our customers include many of the world's leading Airlines, MROs, Aircraft Leasing Organizations, and Financial Institutions. Our commitment is to provide the highest level of quality, integrity, and value, all while meeting the critical needs of our customers.

Aero Engine Solutions commitment starts with our new 10,000 square foot, state of the art, warehousing and distribution facility located in West Palm Beach, Florida. We are in the heart of the Treasure Coast, centrally located between Miami & Orlando.

The Team

President

Tyler Norman

Tyler brings over 20 years of Aviation Management experience to AES, including time spent in the United States Marine Corps. As a Sergeant of Marines, he successfully deployed as an Operation Enduring Freedom participant and held multiple leadership positions in a CH53E squadron. Before opening AES, he was a founding member of the Intertrade/Rockwell Collins Engine Product Line, and started his commercial career with Aeroturbine, Inc. Tyler is also the Founder of Aerospace Salutes, a non profit striving to provide meaningful financial assistance to veterans, first responders, and Gold Star Families.

Andrew McCain

With more than 17 years of aviation experience, Andrew joined the AES team in February 2016 with a focus on operations and business development. Before this he worked with AeroTurbine for 8 years where he held positions in parts purchasing and sales, trading and leasing, financial analysis, and customer account management. He began his aviation career in the U.S. Marine Corps as a fixed wing mechanic, and participated in the second Gulf War.
