President & Chief Executive Officer

Tyler Norman brings over 20 years of aviation management experience to AES. His leadership is built on a solid foundation of operational expertise, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps and holding various leadership roles in the commercial aviation sector. Before founding AES, Tyler held key positions at Intertrade/Rockwell Collins and AeroTurbine, Inc. His passion for aviation and commitment to excellence is reflected in everything AES does.

Andrew McCain

Partner & Chief Operating Officer

Andrew McCain brings over 17 years of aviation experience to the AES team. With a focus on operations and business development, Andrew plays a critical role in the company's strategic growth. His background in parts purchasing, sales, and leasing, coupled with his military service in the U.S. Marine Corps makes him an integral part of our leadership team.
